Peavine Hollow Farm returned from the HLRS Sale and is offering one of the "extra" bucks we brought back. The description in the sale catalog stated "This fancy buck is big and long bodied.  He carries a soft, long stapled, dense kid fleece.  His mother is is a 404 granddaughter."  We agree with the description.   We particularly like the 404 line having bought a son of his in 1995 and a few more down the line over the years.  Email if you would like a photo.  He was sheared late July and we have his fleece test results.   We offer him at $950.This buck can be paired with any of the yearling does we are offering for sale.

If you are interested in a starter herd, we will offer the Speck buck along with your choice of does in late Spring 2010.We will also evaluate this year's buck kids for potential sire yearling buck offerings and show goats late spring 2010. We are particularly interested in seeing how PHF901, PHF907 and PHF911 (1st, 2nd and 3rd place buck kids at NYS&W this past October) turn out.  PHF901 was sired by Romano (PHF715) and the other two by tried and true breeder Prego (PHF518).
