Registered Angora Goat Does

                                     Peavine Hollow Farm

We had an enlightening discussion with two different folks at the 2009 Fall Fiber Festival.  They asked us why we never seem to have any goats for sale.  For the past five years we have had folks contact us as early as the beginning of January each year who are interested in "starter" herds.  We are proud that our lines have been the basis of eight different new farms in the last four years.  If you are interested in a starter herd and want to come out to the farm to learn to shear, skirt and grade mohair, please contact us in November or December and we will schedule a time for you to visit on a shearing weekend in January or February.

Our last Goat 101 Workshops (until the fall when we start shearing the 2010 kids) that still have openings:

    Saturday, January 30, 2010  10:00 to 12:30PM

    Sunday, January 31, 2010     10:00 to 12:30PM   tentatively reserved

    Sunday, January 31, 2010       2:00 to 4:30PM

February workshops are completely booked.

At this time, it appears that we will only have four yearling does for sale in 2010.
